Having worked in diverse environments such as schools, hospitals, offices, and public houses, I possess a comprehensive understanding of various cleaning standards and needs. With a proven track record of managing large teams across multiple buildings, i often find fulfilment in empowering staff with the confidence, tools, and knowledge they need to succeed and thrive.

I oversaw a team of 15 assistants, ensuring that the site was consistently cleaned and maintained according to client and company standards. My role encompassed training recruitment, stock maintenance and ordering, as well as conducting weekly management audits.

NHS Property Services
Area Manager
I was responsible for the allocation of 22 NHS medical buildings NHS Property Services, overseeing a total of 92 domestic staff members. My key responsibilities included maintaining and ordering stock for each site, ensuring strict adherence to monthly budgets, managing recruitment, overseeing staff wages, annual and sick leave, handling HR processes, facilitated staff training while ensuring compliance with H7S regulations. Additionally, conducted weekly and monthly management cleaning audits and maintained strong client engagement.

As a Regional Manager in the Midlands, I successfully oversaw the cleaning management operations for seven large schools, coordinating a dedicated team of 129 staff members.
