With a proven track record of managing large teams across multiple buildings, i often find fulfilment in empowering staff with the confidence, tools, and knowledge they need to succeed and thrive.

I was responsible for the allocation of 22 NHS medical buildings NHS Property Services, overseeing a total of 92 domestic staff members.
